Our most popular kiln dried firewood, birch is easy to light and provides instant heat that warms your home quickly, it has a beautiful flame making it ideal for open fires. Birch wood is known for its high heat output and can be used in all stoves, fireplaces , firepits and multi fuel burners.

These logs are specially cut narrower to fit in smaller stoves, fireplaces, pizza ovens and small fireboxes. Unlike standard logs, these are smaller in diameter, allowing for easier handling, quicker ignition and are far more practical for everyday use.

At Monahan's Fuels and Garden Centre, our bulk bag packaging provides convenience for daily use and an additional layer of protection against moisture, preserving its quality and efficiency.

Local deliveries - This area includes all of Dublin, North Kildare, North Wicklow, parts of Louth and Meath and other parts of Leinster too.  These are carried out by our friendly Monahan's drivers, we aim to have these deliveries made in 3-5 working days but very often much sooner.  Our drivers will do what they can to deliver your items exactly where you want them but some surfaces such as gravel, grass or steps as well as access issues will prevent us from being able to do this. Nationwide pallet deliveries - Larger palletised kiln-dried firewood, outdoor furniture and BBQs are shipped through the pallet network and we can only guarantee a curb side delivery.  You will be contacted before the items are shipped by the company carrying out the delivery.  On arrival, please check your order and notify us promptly of any issues.

Nationwide smaller items - Smaller orders including BBQ accessories, garden items, household essentials and fireside accessories are delivered nationwide with DPD. Please include your Eircode and a mobile number at checkout to avoid delays.
