Garden Furniture Warranty
Our garden furniture, including dining sets, sofa sets, corner sets and individual pieces, is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery or collection.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the frame, fittings or finish
- Structural problems that appear during normal use
- Missing parts
- Damage found on delivery, provided you let us know within 48 hours
If a fault is confirmed, we'll send replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost to you.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading, weathering or discolouration from sun and rain
- Fabric wear, pilling or cushion foam softening over time
- Rust or corrosion on metal parts left outdoors without covers or proper care
- Damage from incorrect assembly, storage or handling
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Fragile items, glass components, cushions, backrests, and other consumable or replaceable soft parts
We'd always recommend using a furniture cover and bringing cushions in when they're not needed. It makes a real difference to how long a set lasts.
CharDaddy Kamado BBQ Warranty
CharDaddy kamados are built around a thick ceramic body, so we cover the ceramic and the hardware separately.
Our warranty cover applies only to the original buyer, the person who purchased the grill new from us. It is not transferable, so it does not carry over if the grill is sold on or passed to a second owner.
Ceramic components
The dome, base, fire box and fire ring carry a lifetime warranty against cracking or manufacturing defects.
Metal and other components
The stand, hinge and lock system, top vent, side tables, thermometer and cooking grid are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of purchase.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in ceramic or metal parts
- Structural issues that stop the grill from working properly
- Missing parts on delivery
What's not covered
- Hairline or spider cracks in the ceramic glaze that don't affect how the grill works, these can occur during firing and are a normal part of ceramic kamados
- Rust on metal parts, unless it affects the structure of the grill
- Damage from using firelighters, briquettes or flammable liquids instead of proper lump charcoal
- Damage from using the grill outside the manufacturer's instructions
- Wear to the felt gasket over time
- Damage from impact, dropping or moving the grill incorrectly
Looking after a kamado is simple. Stick to good quality lump charcoal, let it come up to temperature gradually rather than forcing it, and give it a cover when it's not in use.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, get in touch with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video of the issue
- A brief description of what's happened
We'll take it from there and either send replacement parts, arrange a replacement, or find another fair solution. This is separate from your right to a refund or return within your statutory period, which you can read about in our Refunds policy.
