We want you to be 100% satisfied with any order placed with us. So, when it comes to returns or problems with any items, we want to try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to you our customer.
If you change your mind about your order and you purchased it online:
If you change your mind about any items you purchased from Monahan's online, your statutory rights are not impacted. You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt of delivery. If you choose to return any item please contact us by email at info@monahans.ie or call us on (01) 6276540. You then have 14 days to return the product to us from the date you contact us. You have the right to a full refund including original delivery charge. Once we have received the return we will process a refund by the original method paid and this will be received within 3-10 working days of receipt of the returned item.
NOTE: The item being returned must be in sellable condition for a full refund to be actioned The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You will have the option to return the item to us yourself. Alternatively, you can request for the item to be collected in which a collection charge would be quoted for you.

Unlike online selling, your rights for items you purchase and you have already viewed in store are different. If you find the item arrives and you do not like it, Monahan's are not under any obligation to take this item back or issue a refund to the customer. However we will always try to resolve the issue so please contact us by emailing info@monahans.ie or calling us on (01) 6276540 and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
If you have received your order and it is damaged/faulty:
If you open your packaging or assemble the items and then discover damage/fault, please contact our Team within 30 days by email at info@monahans.ie or call (01) 6276540. We will require the order number along with a description of the issue along with images of the damage/fault. Once we receive this, we will find a solution. We will either replace the item, offer to fix it ensuring the quality and integrity of the item is in no way affected or offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the items are deemed to be faulty and the fault is not that of the customer, Monahan's will arrange collection and cover the cost.
If you are planning to store your item for a period before using them, please ensure you check the item before storing away.
